Please notify us right away so we can address the issue. We strive to provide the best
customer experience, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur during shipping. Just
send the damaged product back to us, and we’ll gladly replace it.

While this has never happened, we understand that tastes can vary. If you’re not
satisfied with your pen, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll either replace it or issue a
refund. We want our customers to be happy and excited about their purchase.

Yes, simply unscrew the pen and replace the ink cartridge. Rollerball and ballpoint ink cartridges are standard and can be found at most office supply stores.

Keep the pen stored in a dry environment and at room temperature. Try to avoid exposing the pen to extreme hot or cold temperatures.
